About Gary

Gary took the step of becoming a private chef in 2009 and since then has worked for a number of long-term clients including professional athletes, celebrities, HNWI’s, UHNWI’s and their respective families. Gary travels with some of his clients to their holiday villas, chalets and private yachts which means they can take his passion for food, imagination, and mouth-watering dishes with them wherever they are in the world. His clients sit back, relax and enjoy their family time whilst he takes care of the planning, preparing and cooking of all meals using the most amazing ingredients sourced from local markets.

Gary quite often works as part of a household team and understands the importance of working alongside other household staff including housekeepers and butlers.

​

  • WSET Award in Wines

Gary also:

  • holds an Enhanced DBS Check certificate

  • is fully insured

  • is a non-smoker

  • speaks English as his first language

  • holds a clean driving license with his own vehicle
